We challenge you to build an open-source AI editor based on bitmark in 24 hours that transforms simple text prompts into interactive quizzes, lessons, or recipes — instantly, seamlessly, and without technical hurdles. This is the starting point for making digital learning faster, more accessible, and open to anyone.

The bitmark Hackathon 2026 brings together participants from diverse backgrounds in Learning Content & EdTech to tackle issues within the publishing and EdTech sectors.

We are open to anyone joining from the EdTech or Learning Content sector! We have limit of 50 onsite spaces which are running out quickly but remote participation is welcome.

No, you don’t! The hackathon is open to everyone from all backgrounds. You can either play a role as part of a team doing design or project management or you can form your own team that comes up with new applications of bitmark.
